Mixed use purchase in Worcester

A mixed-use block at 58 and 59-60 High Street, Worcester, has been acquired by Watson’s Property from Midlands property company AC Lloyd, in a £2 million deal.  The five-storey building extends to 12,500 sq ft of space. Bakery chain Greggs has agreed to take the entire ground floor and first floor for a new concept store with a shop and restaurant. A-Plan Insurance occupies the second floor, there are five apartments on the third and fourth floors and the adjacent self-contained retail unit is current vacant and available to let.
