Residential Portfolio buy in Birmingham
Fourteen vacant one and two-bedroom apartments at a former aparthotel at Arena Court, in Clement Street, near Brindley Place Birmingham, have been acquired by Watson’s Property in a £1.5 million deal. We plan to refurbish all the apartments, including re-fitted kitchens and bathrooms before offering these high quality apartments to let. Birmingham-based property specialist Centrick is handling all the lettings and management.
